Prior to Connor Group, she held finance and compliance roles at Loews Corporation and began her career at Deloitte. Lauren graduated Magna Cum Laude from Providence College and is a licensed (inactive) New York CPA.
John Glasgow is the CEO and Founder of Campfire, the AI-native ERP for high-growth companies. He's raised over $100M to date, including a $65M Series B four months after a $35M Series A, both led by Accel. Regan is a seasoned commercial insurance broker with experience in risk management due diligence; insurance program design, implementation and management; risk identification; and financial risk analysis. With a hyper-focus on providing unparalleled customer service, Regan has built long-lasting relationships with his clients while becoming a trusted advisor and valued partner to these companies. Regan has worked with dozens of clients representing a wide range of industries in developing risk management strategies and insurance programs to address the risks and exposures associated with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises including IPOs.
Regan has largely focused on providing insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services to Utah’s deal community. As a member of the firm’s Private Equity and M&A practice, Regan works closely with capital providers and portfolio companies to address the various risks that arise throughout the deal cycle.
Regan also leads the IMA Salt Lake City Sales Team with direct management of the Commercial Insurance and Personal Lines producers. Regan also leads the sales strategy and efforts for the Employee Benefits team. As the Sales Leader, Regan has worked to align the new business and client retention strategies with the producers, encouraging cross-selling and expanded collaboration efforts that permeates the legacy-Diversified and IMA cultures while growing the team in size and capabilities. Producers in SLC play a dual role, functioning as high-end Account Executives on their accounts while pursuing new business efforts, meaning that growth must be balanced with retention to achieve targeted organic growth. As IMA SLC continues to grow in revenues and headcount, Regan has helped the production team consistently exceeded new business sales goals while retaining existing accounts to maximize organic growth metrics as one of the leading producers for both new business and overall book size.
Amol joined TCV in 2009 and focuses on investments in software, fintech and tech-enabled services. He is currently involved with investments in Built, Clio, Payoneer (NASDAQ: PAYO), and Trulioo. He was previously involved with Avetta, AxiomSL, Evisort, OneSource Virtual, Razorpay, and Toast (NYSE: TOST).
Prior to TCV, Amol spent several years with McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients on strategy engagements in the energy, financial services, and technology industries.
Javier Justiniano (New York) joined KKR in 2018 and is a member of KKR Capstone. Mr. Justiniano supports the firm’s value creation efforts across a wide range of topics in the Financial & Professional Services sector.
He has been involved with several KKR portfolio companies across industries, including Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC), where he serves as a Board Member, Beacon Pointe Advisors, Janney Montgomery Scott, and ghSMART.
He also leads KKR’s “Office of the CFO” value creation playbooks and is a Co-Head of the Viva La Casa!: Latin and Hispanic Network. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Justiniano was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a senior executive at two VC-backed start-ups.
Mr. Justiniano received an Engineering degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile with maximum distinction and holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School with first year honors.

Ara previously led economic research at Square and was an economic consultant at Cornerstone Research.
Bob McCooey is Vice Chairman and the Head of International Listings at Nasdaq. In this role, Bob leads business development for new listings in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East as well as overseeing relationship management with companies throughout these regions.
In his role as the Head of Nasdaq’s Financial Sponsor Coverage Group, he works closely with premier financial sponsors globally to optimize and integrate interactions, ensuring long-term partnerships and relationships.
During his 19-year tenure at Nasdaq, Bob has held several leadership roles across Nasdaq’s domestic New Listings business and the Capital Markets Group, as well as building what is Nasdaq’s highly successful listings franchises in both APAC and Latin America.
Prior to joining Nasdaq, Bob founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Griswold Company, a brokerage firm, from 1988 until 2006. He was a member of the New York Stock Exchange Board of Executives from 2003-2006. Bob has an AB in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.

Prior to Accel-KKR, Steve had 10 years of PE operations experience including roles at High Road Capital and Marlin Equity. At High Road, Steve was the finance operating partner responsible for providing financial leadership to portfolio companies and working across the portfolio to implement financial, operational and strategic best practices. Steve has held multiple roles as a CFO and strategic advisor. Steve started his career at EY where he was a partner in the PE practice and worked with high-growth businesses.
Steve has significant experience across the PE investment cycle having worked on 175 transactions, implemented value creation initiatives at numerous companies and supported multiple successful exits. He has deep experience in optimizing financial operations and driving strategy execution to transform investor-backed businesses and create value.
Steve received a BS in accounting and finance from Fairfield University and an MBA in finance and management from New York University’s Stern School of Business where he was a Stern Scholar and graduated with honors.
