Danielle Fontaine is the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at ServiceNow, Inc. and a former FASB fellow who participated in standard-setting projects related to segment reporting, income tax accounting, and various other disclosure topics.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Danielle spent nearly five years at Google in Technical Accounting and Corporate Accounting and nine years rotating through controllership roles at Gap, Inc. in San Francisco. She started her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young in the Bay Area.

Danielle serves on the National Board of Directors of Financial Executives International (FEI) and participates in FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting in addition to being an active member and former vice chair of the Financial Reporting Committee of the Institute of Management Accountants. Danielle also volunteers her time as a Board member and Chair of the Audit Committee of LifeMoves, a Bay Area nonprofit.

Danielle is an active CPA in California and a two-time graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration.

As General Manager of AI & Platform at Boomi, Chris oversees Boomi’s AI product vision, execution, and GTM strategy. A key responsibility is helping lead Boomi’s creation of a unified platform for business automation via AI. To achieve these goals, Chris works closely with Boomi’s product development organization, SI partners, and customers to ensure we are delivering on our commitment. Chris brings 25+ years of enterprise software and cloud product and GTM experience from Google Cloud, SAP, and multiple successful AI startups. He is known for building high-performance organizations focussed on enterprise customer success and for his deep technical acumen. Most recently, Chris worked at McKinsey & Co where he advised CIOs and CTOs on AI adoption & digital transformation.

Jason Pikoos is a Director at Meta leading the Modern Finance team, which focuses on identifying and scaling automation and efficiency opportunities within Finance. Prior to Meta, Jason was a Partner at Connor Group where he led the Financial Operations practice and worked with hundreds of high-growth companies to scale their finance and accounting teams and processes. Jason is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Ethan is a partner at Khosla Ventures, where he is focused on AI, data infrastructure and developer tools, cybersecurity, healthcare, and fintech infrastructure. Previously, he was a partner at Accel.

Josh Waldron currently serves as the CAO, Head of Finance at Scale AI. In this role, Josh leads the finance, controllership, accounting operations, tax, treasury, internal control, and financial reporting activities for the artificial intelligence start-up. Prior to Scale, Josh was the Global Corporate Controller at Uber and Thumbtack, where he led global, cross-functional teams spanning 30+ countries through the implementation of ERPs, complex financial systems, and shared service center build-outs. As Head of Finance and Controller, Josh elevated processes and controls across accounting operations and finance, implementing Ai agents and tools allowing him to manage unprecedented growth as the organizations evolved from small startups to multi-billion dollar corporations. Notably, Josh led Uber’s financial preparation to become publicly traded, with the initial public offering (IPO) generating $8.1 billion and a $75 billion valuation for the ride-hailing app. Prior to Uber’s successful IPO, he led the diligence, accounting, and integration for several multi-billion dollar deals. Before joining Uber, Josh worked as an auditor for 13 years with the accounting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton.

Todd is the Chief Financial Officer of Skyfire Systems Inc., a company enabling AI agents to process payments, verify identities, and access critical services autonomously, without human intervention. Before to Skyfire, Todd worked at Google, where he was Global Head of Business Messaging. Todd joined Google through the acquisition of Jibe Mobile—the pioneering company behind RCS messaging, now deployed on over 3B devices worldwide, where Todd was Chief Revenue Officer.

Earlier, Todd led corporate development for a mobile payments company processing over $500M in annual transactions. He also served as Managing Director of M&A at AirTouch Communications, where he completed more than 25 transactions totaling over $10 billion.

Todd holds a degree in entrepreneurship from Babson College, where he founded and led a federally chartered credit union while still a student.

Guy Cartwright leads large-scale business transformations with a blend of financial discipline and operational rigor. He is currently GM, Channel & Partnerships at Ramp, where he scales partner ecosystems that simplify finance and drive measurable savings for customers. He has steered complex change across Fortune 500, private equity, startup, and sports organizations, setting ambitious targets, driving growth, and executing high-stakes turnarounds. Guy served as CFO and later Chief Transformation Officer at Juul Labs, where he led a $1B restructuring effort; earlier, he held senior operating roles at Asurion and Ingram Micro, led Truefitt & Hill North America as CEO, and spent years as an Operating Partner/Managing Director at TowerBrook Capital Partners. Before Dura, Sloan served as a Controller at Core Scientific (NASDAQ: CORZ) during a period of rapid transformation in the AI and blockchain data center space, and spent time in CFO Advisory at Grant Thornton, where he focused on financial consolidation and IPO readiness engagements. His earlier career includes assurance roles at Ernst & Young and HORNE, grounding him in Big 4 audit methodology, M&A due diligence, and SOX compliance.

Sloan's perspective on AI in the Office of the CFO is rooted in real deployment, not theory. At Dura, his finance transformation work has compressed month-end close from 12 to 7 days, reduced headcount and consulting spend by more than half year-over-year, and eliminated audit findings entirely — all while scaling across a complex international subsidiary structure. He is a CPA with deep expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and multi-jurisdictional reporting, and a vocal advocate for treating AI not as a bolt-on tool but as the operating system for modern finance teams.

Brad Silicani is the CEO of Anrok and has served on the company's leadership team since 2021. With a background as a Certified Public Accountant, Brad brings over a decade and a half of finance and operations leadership to Anrok. He spent nearly 10 years at Dropbox in roles as the Head of Tax and Treasurer, seeing Dropbox from their early stages through an IPO. Earlier in his career, Brad worked at Ernst & Young in Assurance services and National Accounting research. He holds a Master's and B.S. in Accounting.

Leah Bray is a transformation leader with over 20 years of experience helping senior finance executives navigate complex, enterprise-scale change. Most recently, Leah led Finance Transformation at Google, where she built and scaled a global transformation office spanning Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and FP&A.
